You'll be building stunning high-end residential gardens across Perth. These are clients who invest seriously in their outdoor spaces and expect the same in return.

Work includes:

Working on in house desihgn

Paving, retaining walls and hard landscaping

Turf laying and garden bed construction

Irrigation and reticulation installation

Planting to spec, softscaping and finishing touches

Leading and mentoring labourers on the job

Key responsibilities

Maintain safety for yourself, your team and the public at all times

Deliver every build to an exceptional standard, on time

Communicate clearly with Kale, Clare and your team

Read and work confidently from plans and specs

Build trusted relationships with high-end clients

Keep vehicles, equipment and sites clean and professional at all times

Spot problems early and act on them before they become issues

The ideal person

You're someone who:

Can look at a plan and see the finished product

Takes real pride in the finish, not just getting the job done

Leads by example and lifts the people around them

Communicates confidently with clients and teammates

Is reliable, motivated and obsessively detail-focused

Requirements:

Manual driver's licence

3+ years proven experience in landscape construction or equivalent qualifications

Australian working rights

Bonus points for:

Paving and retaining wall experience

Irrigation/reticulation install experience

Experience managing or mentoring a crew

Trailer driving
